Chris Aguila brings an exceptional combination of elite playing experience, proven teaching ability, and deep understanding of player development to his role as Head Hitting Instructor. Originally from Reno, Nevada, Chris starred at McQueen High School where he broke the single-season home run record and earned First Team High School All-American honors, establishing himself as one of the premier power hitters in the country.

Drafted in the third round of the 1997 MLB Draft by the Florida Marlins, Chris went on to a successful professional career that spanned more than a decade and included over 4,600 professional at-bats. His experience across professional baseball, winter leagues, and international competition gives him a complete view of hitting mechanics, timing, and approach.

After his playing career, Chris continued to impact the game through player development and advanced hitting instruction. He founded the Northern Nevada Baseball Club and has led professional clinics, youth programs, and showcase training sessions that have helped countless athletes reach the next level. His focus on sequencing, body control, and mental preparation sets him apart as one of the most respected hitting instructors in the game.
